Learning Labs are guided experiences designed to help individuals and groups practice leadership skills through intentionally curated content, meaningful reflection and discussion, and real-world application.

Each Learning Lab brings together expert insights on essential leadership practices, drawing from Global Leadership Summit speakers to create a cohesive learning experience.

Each Learning Lab comes with a Leader and Participant Guide and takes approximately 60 minutes. Learning Labs can be used by:

Designed to minimize preparation and maximize engagement, these trainings can be adapted to fit the time you have — from a 30-minute team meeting or lunch-and-learn to a full-day off-site.

Quarterly Master Classes are exclusive, live online experiences that give you the opportunity to learn directly from accomplished leaders and strengthen an essential leadership skill.

Featuring respected leadership voices and subject matter experts, Master Classes focus on one topic each quarter and create opportunities to engage with it, gain practical insights and put what you learn into action.

Each Master Class will be 75-minutes long; the first will launch in October 2026 with Craig Groeschel.

The Leadership Growth Assessment helps you better understand your leadership strengths and identify opportunities for growth. Based on six leadership pillars and 12 sub-practices, you'll receive personalized insights to guide your leadership development journey and point you toward relevant resources available through the Network.

The assessment can be taken once a year, allowing you to measure your growth and reflect on your leadership development over time.
